PTDA adds P&G Machine & Supply, Specialty Hose Xpress

The Power Transmission Distributors Association announced August 18 the addition of two new distributors to its membership, per an email received by Electrical Apparatus.

P&G Machine & Supply, headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, is a distributor of gears, pulleys, sprockets, bearings and belts for a wide range of industries including oil and gas, utilities and power generation and maritime and marine. The company prides itself on offering customers "the convenience of a mechanical power transmission distributorship and a specialty machine shop all under one roof," per the P&G website.

Meanwhile, Specialty Hose Xpress supplies industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings and accessories for applications in agriculture, manufacturing and fluid power. The company provides custom hose solutions and in-house assembly for standard and specialized products. It's primary offices are in Hilmar, California with three other locations throughout the Central Valley and state.
