Lindsay Hartman is taking on the top role at Essex Brownell


Lindsay Hartman is now the President of Essex Brownell, a role she assumed in 2026, per a recent post in the "leadership" section of the company's website. In this position, she is "responsible for leading the organization’s strategic direction, driving growth, and strengthening customer and supplier partnerships across the business," the company said. Hartman's LinkedIn page notes that she began the role in April 2026.



Prior to this role, she served as Vice President of Business Strategy at Essex Solutions in North America, where she led growth initiatives, market expansion, and operational efficiency efforts. Earlier in her career at Essex, Hartman was Marketing Director, focusing on market analysis and business development to refine brand positioning and identify new opportunities.


Hartman is well-versed in the industries in which Essex has long specialized.


Before joining Essex, she held roles at EIS and Rea Magnet Wire, along with various sales positions in the electrical manufacturing and distribution industries. With over a decade of experience spanning market analytics, corporate sales, and strategic planning, she brings a data-driven approach to leadership and business growth.
