Bundy Group helps finalize Jay Industrial Repair/Carousel deal
Bundy Group confirmed recently that it has successfully advised Jay Industrial Repair, a Birmingham, Alabama–headquartered provider of power solutions services and electromechanical repair, in its sale to Carousel Capital.

Founded in 1984, Jay Industrial Repair has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner for complex electromechanical repair and maintenance work. The company serves customers across North America from multiple locations in the Southeastern U.S., including centers in Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile, Muscle Shoals, Jacksonville, and Oklahoma City.
