New faces at top positions for the industrial-tech conglomerate
Siemens announced a handful of personnel moves February 11, with Roland Busch, the company’s President and CEO, confirming the appointments via LinkedIn following a supervisory board meeting that same day.
Veronika Bienert will take over in her new role as Chief Financial Officer April 1. “Veronika brings with her the experience of an outstanding financial expert and entrepreneur,” Busch said.
Peter Koerte will take on new responsibility in the Managing Board for Smart Infrastructure, starting July 1. His “deep technological and strategic experience and strong customer understanding” make him “ideally placed to drive the continued success of Smart Infrastructure and take it to the next level,” Busch said.

“These strategic appointments and transitions reinforce our leadership team as we accelerate our journey towards becoming one tech company.”
