Join EASA webinar on November 9
The latest round of EASA education begins with a webinar on stator impedance testing next Wednesday. Register here for the session, which has three time slots on 11/9 at 7 AM, 12 PM and 4 PM Central. Each of these includes a 30-minute presentation followed by Q&A, presented by Mike Howell, EASA Senior Technical Support Specialist. The event is sponsored by WEG.
The open stator impedance test is used by many service centers as a quality control check before winding treatment and/or a troubleshooting test. This webinar will review test procedures, will incorporate thermal camera imaging and will address expected outcomes. Webinar objectives include:
Understanding the principles of the test
Performing the test safely and consistently
Expanding the value of the test with thermography
This webinar is intended for personnel responsible for testing stator assemblies.
