Bundy Group is pleased to announce that it has successfully advised Koffler Electrical Mechanical Apparatus Repair, a leading West Coast-based provider of power solutions and electromechanical repair services, in its sale to Wynnchurch Capital-backed Industrial Service Solutions, a nationally focused provider of industrial field, shop, and supply services.
