Label brand gains esteemed registration
Empower Label, a provider of durable labels for the chemical, pharmaceutical and petrochemical markets, announced at the 2025 EASA convention in Nashville it has achieved UL (Underwriters Laboratories) registration. Empower also launched of a new line of polyester labels at EASA.
The company was previously known as Brandywine Label. It recently established a new headquarters in Plymouth, Minnesota.
"We're excited to announce our new product line of UL 969 certified polyester labels,
engineered for durability and ideal for critical electrical powered equipment applications like
faceplates, nameplates, and rating plates," said Dave Rosen, President of Empower Label.
"Empower Label is committed to being a complete solution provider, offering these labels pre-
printed or for on-demand thermal transfer printing, alongside our full range of in-house services
including printers, media, and software.

The new UL 969 certified labels represent a natural expansion of Empower Label's ARMA
durable product line, bringing the same reliability and performance standards that customers
expect to the electrical equipment industry. These labels meet stringent UL 969 standards for
marking and labeling systems, ensuring they can withstand the demanding environments of
electrical applications. They're also marketed by the company's brand ambassador "Al the Armadillo"--a nod to the toughness of Empower's labels.
Key features of the new UL certified polyester labels include:

· Available in multiple sizes for various rating plate and nameplate applications
