12-year partnership with Hyundai being adjusted
WorldWide Electric announced the end of its exclusive low-voltage electric motor distribution relationship with Hyundai Electric October 5, according to a press release emailed to EA by the Rochester company.
"For over 12 years, WorldWide Electric has worked alongside Hyundai to build the Hyundai Electric low-voltage motor brand presence in the United States," the press release reads. "Both parties have mutually decided to end the relationship's exclusivity but continue to
collectively promote the sales of low-voltage electric motors in the United States as non-
exclusive partners."
This news could be relevant to EA readers because of the availability of Hyundai products and support across the US market, says Michael Hewson, WorldWide's Director of Marketing.
